At the end of 2019 we decided it was time to move to the next stage of our development by adding – at the request of our clients and partners - some innovative new solutions. To go with that we also began to revamp our brand, website and other assets to better communicate and showcase the value we bring to technology companies across the world, as well as moving into a new headquarters in the heart of Hangzhou.
We aimed to showcase this to the world at the beginning of the Chinese New Year but because of COVID-19 this endeavour was seriously delayed. Like companies from across the world our priority has been to look after our team while providing continual support to our clients and partners to the best of our ability. At the same time we have not stood still and, in response to this global crisis, will soon launch a new subsidiary that will provide digital transformation solutions to enable exporters to rapidly grow their sales in both familiar markets and exciting new ones.
We would like to thank our stakeholders for their patience during these turbulent times. We are delighted to showcase both Serica’s latest revamp and the launch of our brand-new subsidiary Serica Labs at the beginning of this summer.
